Yes, we offer membership freezes for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 2 months per year. For monthly memberships, there's a small freeze fee. Annual members get one free freeze period.
Members must be at least 14 years old. Minors (14-17 years) require parental consent and supervision during certain hours. We also offer special youth programs for different age groups.
Monthly memberships can be canceled with 15 days notice. Quarterly and annual memberships have prorated refunds based on unused time, minus a 10% processing fee. Special promotions may have different cancellation terms.
